Promotion: “My Avanti Story” Social Sweepstakes (“Promotion”).
Promotion Period: Begins upon posting of these rules (Eastern Time) and ends October 31, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (“Promotion Period”). Winners drawn November 1, 2025.
Eligibility: Open to U.S. residents, 18+. Residents and prospects are eligible. Employees of Sponsor, its contractors, and members of their households are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
How to Enter (no purchase necessary):
Instagram Post (1 entry each; max 3 per person per day). Post a public photo or Reel that tags @avantibelair and uses #MyAvantiStory. Stories are not eligible and posts must remain visible throughout the contest period. Accounts must be public so Sponsor can verify.
Story Prompt Video (10 entries; limit 1 per person). Submit a video via Sponsor’s Story Prompt flow, complete all prompts, and grant permission for Sponsor to share it on social media.
Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): Email a photo (1 entry) or video testimonial (10 entries) to avanti@peakmgt.net. If sending a video, state in your email that you grant permission for Sponsor to share it on social media. Office-recorded video testimonials also count for 10 entries.
Content Guidelines: Entries must be original, suitable for public posting, and comply with law and Instagram terms. No profanity, copyrighted music, minors, or content that could be construed to violate Fair Housing laws. Sponsor may disqualify any non-compliant entry.
Consent/License: By entering, you grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, repost, edit, display, and distribute your entry (including your first name and likeness) in any media for marketing and promotional purposes, without additional compensation or notice, to the extent permitted by law.
Prizes (random draw; total ARV $425)
Grand Prize: $250 Amazon Gift Card (ARV $250)
Second Prize: $100 Amazon Gift Card (ARV $100)
Third Prize: $75 Amazon Gift Card (ARV $75)
Prizes are not transferable and may not be substituted except by Sponsor (equal or greater value) if unavailable. Limit: one prize per person. No prize exceeds $250. Winners are responsible for any taxes.
Winner Selection & Notification: Winners selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period (odds depend on number of entries). Drawing on November 1, 2025 using a random name generator. Winners will be announced on Sponsor’s social channels and contacted via Instagram DM and/or email. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the prize may be forfeited and remain unawarded (no alternate winners).
General Conditions: Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if fraud or technical issues impair integrity. Sponsor’s decisions are final. Participation constitutes acceptance of these Rules and Sponsor’s decisions. By entering, you release and hold harmless Sponsor and Instagram from any claims arising out of participation or prize use.
Privacy: Information is used to administer the Promotion and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy practices.
